Responding to quote requests and scheduling meetings; preparing proposals; following up on contracted projects; sending service-related communications.
Secondary purposes, which you may decline at any time: studio news, content and promotions.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, given when you submit any of our forms, and on the performance of the contractual relationship once a project is formalised.
5. Transfers and processors
We do not sell or trade personal data. We share information only with providers of infrastructure, email, analytics and scheduling services (for example Google), who act as processors and are bound to handle it under this policy.
6. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as a commercial relationship is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@noodocreativo.com. We answer within a maximum of 20 business days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No system is infallible, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
